A brief comes before a commitment

An inquiry asks for scope and pricing. It does not reserve a domain, facility, power, equipment, radio path or service capacity. Work starts only under an agreed written proposal.

Responsibility and price

The proposal names the operator, equipment owner, provider, included work, recurring charge, term and exit arrangement. Taxes and third-party fees are specified before acceptance.

Scope

Month-to-month after setup; cancel before the next renewal. Website editing, mail, databases, payments and emergency response are separately scoped. Unused support time does not roll over.

Regional information

Photographs and area maps describe places. They do not identify owned premises, available land or an approved facility. Provider references describe regional context and do not imply an affiliation.
